Wenda, mostly known as Wiki!Wenda to people to differentiate them from the actual Wenda, is a cognitohazard parasite.
As of currently, Wenda is contained in the Sprunki Fanon wiki, under the guise of a fake Wenda page.
Upon further viewing, disturbing content like blood, gore, self-harm and other media can be seen.
The parasite seems to like scaring people and making them feel disgust, evident by some of their "interactions" with Sprunkis on the page.
But it also has a incomprehensible dislike to the "Gray" sprunki, and in result, hates any variants of it.
As of writing, Wenda has killed/injured around 5 fanon Sprunkis, and all of the canon Sprunkis, including what seems to be "her child", Grenda.
The parasite also seems to shapeshift into other Sprunkis with varying success, but there is only 2 recorded instances.
It also has regenerative powers, being able to reform any part of themselves at will.
It's goal seems to just be to eliminate those that it hates, scare & disgust people, and (presumably) take on the form of more beings.
Apparently, it has already started it's next endeavor.
As for their other form shown in the first picture, it has only been seen twice. It is unknown what it is used for, and what power it has.
